Campbell and Levine Attorney Marla Eskin

An accomplished Delaware attorney, Marla Eskin joined the Wilmington law firm of Campbell & Levine in 2002. With wide-ranging experience in business law, she focuses on commercial bankruptcy and related litigation. Ms. Eskin’s notable accomplishments with the firm include serving as counsel to various Section 524(g) Asbestos Settlement Trusts and as a trustee for the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Inc., Qualified Settlement Fund.

Ms. Eskin holds a bachelor of arts in political science and a law degree from Temple University. Apart from her work with Campbell & Levine, she volunteers as a mediator with the Justice of the Peace Court for landlord/tenant matters. She also serves as a board member of the charitable organization Let’s Go Play, which facilitates innovative, game-based classes for children with social challenges.

Ms. Eskin is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware Bar Association. Ms. Eskin enjoys running, reading and cooking in her free time.
